Online Bill Payment

 All online and telephone payments are made through Nexbillpay.  Any processing fees associated with making your payment are charged by Nexbillpay and not Gonzalez Utilities.

If this is your first time using our convenient online bill pay.  You will need to register in order to set up auto pay or to keep payment information for future payments. Once registered paying your bill online is a simple 3 step process.

Online Fees are calculated as follows:

A $2.35 processing fee will be charged for each payment. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.) You can print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, or stop Auto-Pay by going online. If you need assistance with paying online, call Nexbillpay at 800-639-2435

Payment By Phone

Please have a copy of your bill ready in order to provide your Customer Account Number and Call toll-free 888-524-3483.

To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

** You can make an online payment if your water service has been disconnected for non-payment.  Please call the office 850-968-5434 to confirm receipt of your payment to be reconnected.**

The delinquent account fee will be $50.00 plus payment of the full amount due on the account to have water service restored.

All payments received before 5 pm will be reconnected the same day.  After 5 pm reconnects will be on the next business day. 

                      **In office payments accept cash, check or money order.**  

                              No credit cards or debit cards are accepted in the office.
