- Monthly and annual business meetings are held at the Gonzalez Utilities business office located at 1590 Old Chemstrand Road.
- Monthly meetings are held at 6:30 pm on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
- Annual meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of January.
- The January monthly meeting is held at 6:30 pm prior to the annual meeting on the 3rd Tuesday in January.
